1. Project Timelines & Execution

We pride ourselves on speed and quality. Our standard commitment is:

• 7–14 Days Launch: We configure and launch your website within 7 to 14 business days from the moment we receive your text contents, services list, and project confirmation.
• Client Co-operation: Timely delivery depends on your response rates. Delayed feedback, content edits, or missing photos can extend the launch schedule.

2. Complete Code & Domain Ownership

Unlike traditional website builders or locking agencies, we believe you own your digital store:

• Full Rights Transfer: Upon final clearance of invoices, the custom domain name and complete website source code are transferred to you. You are free to move servers at any time.
• No Lock-In: WebGuide Solutions does not restrict database files or require monthly dashboard licensing fees. You hold 100% intellectual property ownership of the site we build.

3. Domain & Cloud Hosting License

• First Year Included: All standard packages (Starter, Professional, Business) include 1 year of Custom Domain Registration (.in / .com) and High-Speed Cloud Server Hosting for free.
• Yearly Renewals: Renewal after Year 1 is billed at actual hosting/domain registry cost with zero agency markups (typically ₹1,500 – ₹3,500/year depending on your hosting scale).

4. Content Guidelines

Our clients are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information, licensing of images, and legality of services listed on their websites. WebGuide Solutions builds layout templates based on client declarations and is not liable for regulatory audits or copyright infringements regarding client-provided content.
