Transparent Cancellations
Fair terms covering hosting licenses and developer effort.
At WebGuide Solutions, we strive to build premium, high-converting websites that exceed our clients' expectations. Because we purchase domain licenses, premium hosting servers, and begin custom bespoke coding immediately upon booking, we follow a transparent refund policy.
If you cancel your project within 24 hours of booking and before we purchase your domain license or initiate design files.
If cancelled after domain purchase but before coding begins (covers domain registration fees & initial designer consultation).
Once your custom website layout is fully coded and launched, or if 14 days have passed since order placement.
1. Domain Registration Fees
Domain names (.com, .in, .org) are registered directly in your name and are non-refundable once acquired from the registry. If a cancellation is processed, the domain ownership remains yours, but its cost (typically ₹800 - ₹1,200) will be deducted from any refund amount.
2. Hosting Activations
Cloud hosting server allocations are set up on day one. If a project is cancelled after server configuration, activated hosting cycles are non-refundable as cloud resources have already been provisioned.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a project cancellation or refund, please submit a written request via email or WhatsApp under the leadership desk coordinates:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
